Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a final judgment of foreclosure in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as follows:
UNIT 4160, MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 4, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1156, PAGE 198, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 72 THROUGH 76, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on the 17th day of June, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
