NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK D, SOUTHWOOD VILLAGE 1ST ADDITION RE-PLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 56 AND 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Commonly known as: 5816 22nd Street West, Bradenton, FL 34207
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM (EST) or as soon as possible thereafter, on the 13 day of June, 2014
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
