NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 5, SYLVAN OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 85 THROUGH 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 1528 E 11TH AVENUE, PALMETTO, FL 34221,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM (EST) or as soon as possible thereafter, on the 17 day of June, 2014
