NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 13, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-005405 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein PENNYMAC CORP. is the Plaintiff and SCOTT A. ROWE; LESLIE ROWE A/K/A LESLIE J. ROWE; VINTAGE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KATE METHNEY, and TENANT #2 N/K/A N/K/A: TIM WILLIAMS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 17th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT PART OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE WEST LINE THEREOF 85 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID NORTHWEST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4, AND RUNNING THENCE NORTH 92 FEET; THENCE EAST 160 FEET, TO THE SHORES OF THE BRADEN RIVER; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE SHORES OF SAID BRADEN RIVER TO A POINT DUE EAST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 175 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
