NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 12, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-008509 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DAWN E HARPER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAWN E. HARPER; TOMMIE L IRVING; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TOMMIE L. IRVING; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; FIRST AMERICA BANK; SUMMERFIELD/RIVERWALK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 26th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
