Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 12, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
LOT 15, AND TRIANGULAR PARCEL DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 15, THENCE GO EASTERLY 138.52 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY LINE OF LOT 16, WHICH POINT IS 25 FEET SOUTHEASTERLY FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 15; THENCE GO NORTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID LOT 16, A DISTANCE OF 25 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 15; THENCE GO SOUTHWESTERLY 127.38 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BLOCK 8, SOUTHWOOD VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 80, 80A, 80B AND 80C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5812 16TH STREET WEST, BRADENTON, FL 34207; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on June 13, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
