UNIT 22B, THE VILLAS AT WILD OAK BAY II CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 933, PAGES 181 THROUGH 250, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 56 AND 57 AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 168 AND 169, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
