NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, and entered in 41-2013-CA-000406 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER E. NAEFF A/K/A CHRISTOPHER NAEFF; KERRIN S. NAEFF A/K/A KERRIN NAEFF; NORTH OAKS ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-S7 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on June 20, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK C, NORTH OAKS ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 137 THROUGH 143, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
