NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 14th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 004859 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-A8 is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY J. GUGINO; MARY E. GUGINO; CHASE MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. F/K/A CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; THE VENICE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 478, VENICE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB UNIT NO III-B ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
