NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-009023-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and GLENN WALTRIP, ET AL, are the Defendant's, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on or as soon as possible on June 18 , 2014 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 574, 18TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 6, 6A THROUGH 6V,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
