LOT 20, BLOCK “C” DIXIE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 PAGE 147 PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly Known As: 4037 Iola Drive, Sarasota, FL 34231
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on IRA SCOT SILVERSTEIN, ESQUIRE, IRA SCOT SILVERSTEIN, LLC, Platintiff's attorney, whose address is 2900 West Cypress Creek Road Suite 6, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the Complaint.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
