NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 012327 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT NPL IX ASSET HOLDINGS TRUST, is Plaintiff and ELLEN S. GOLDBERG; SUNTRUST BANK; ELLEN S. GOLDBERG, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MARK L. TISHMAN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED 11/7/1996; SHIRLEY J. GOLDBERG TRUSTEE OF THE SHIRLEY J. GOLDBERG LIVING TRUST DATED 11/7/1996; MARK L. TISHMAN; MARK L. TISHMAN, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MARK L. TISHMAN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED 11/7/1996; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE MARK L. TISHMAN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED 11/7/1996, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 13th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, KENTWOOD ESTATES AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 32 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
