NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 12, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-019965-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY NA, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, NA AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2005-AR2 is the Plaintiff and RONALD C SLOBODA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST GUARANTY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
