NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 8, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 020477 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY is the Plaintiff and, MICHAEL T. BOWERMAN and SUSAN M/. BOWERMAN are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property at public sale on June 23, 2014, to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 am, on the prescribed date at https://SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 80, SECLUDED OAKS, as per plat thereof recorded in plat Book 42, Page 25 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
