NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 12, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-008221 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR AMERICAN GENERAL MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2010-1 AMERICAN GENERAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2010-1 is the Plaintiff and JOHN D. GILLEO; TAMMY A. GILLEO; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 9th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
