NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 17th day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008063 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and EDWIN F. GRISALES; CITY OF SARASOTA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION; GLORIA INES CARDONA; CAROLINA GRISALES; JESUS GRISALES A/K/A JESUS M. GRISALES and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 16th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 1934, 41ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 42, 42A THRU 42F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
