NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 9, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-053121 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 8 day of September, 2014 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
LOT 50, 51 AND 52 BLOCK 576, UNIT 12, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 49 THROUGH 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
