NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 7th day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 010412 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION FORMERLY KNOWN AS SARASOTA COASTAL CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff and MARY K. MOBLEY; ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION FORMERLY KNOWN AS SARASOTA COASTAL CREDIT UNION; GROVE POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; REICHARD S. MOBLEY, SR. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 281, GROVE POINTE, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
