The administration of the Guardianship of JOHN CHRISTIAN NEEL, File Number 2013-GA-002128, is currently pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 3079, Sarasota, Florida 34230. The name and address of the court appointed successor co-guardians are JENNIFER NEEL and MELISSA BETH WEAVER, c/o P.O. Box 3018, Sarasota, Florida 34230. The name and address of the co-guardians' attorney are set forth below.
JENNIFER NEEL and MELISSA BETH WEAVER have been appointed as the co-guardians of JOHN CHRISTIAN NEEL by a court of competent jurisdiction, in Bergen County, New Jersey, Case No. P-503-13. The co-guardians' addresses are 1 Circle Lane, Rutherford, New Jersey 07070, and 6001 Crystal Springs Court, Greensboro, North Carolina 27410, respectively, and the name and address of the co-guardians' attorney are SHIRLEY B. WHITENACK, ESQ., 220 Park Avenue, P.O. Box 991, Florham Park, New Jersey 07932.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
A Petition for Discharge has been filed upon the grounds of a change of domicile for the Ward. Thirty days from the date of the first publication of this notice, the co-guardians will apply for discharge. At that time, the jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to Bergen County, New Jersey.
All persons on whom this notice is served who have objections to the discharge of the co-guardians shall file such objections with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THIRTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SERVICE OF THE PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OR THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF NOTICE. Any objection shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. Within ninety days after the filing of an objection, a notice of hearing thereon shall be served or the objection shall be abandoned. ALL OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
