RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed May 16, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 003045 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and JEREMIAH GAERTNER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
THE SOUTH 32.5 FEET OF THE WEST 90 FEET OF LOT 25 AND THE WEST 90 FEET OF LOTS 27 AND 29, BLOCK 5, FLORA VILLA SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
