NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 8, 2014 and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-056867 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST HAROLD G. SAMUDA A/K/A HAROLD SAMUDA, DECEASED; MICHELLE E. SAMUDA AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF HAROLD G. SAMUDA A/K/A HAROLD SAMUDA, DECEASED; LOUISE SAMUDA AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF HAROLD G. SAMUDA A/K/A HAROLD SAMUDA, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES ASSOCIATION OF LEHIGH ACRES,INC.; HSBC CARD SERVICES, INC; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 9 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
