OPP A/K/A JAMES STEVEN OPP A/K/A J. STEVEN OPP, AS TRUSTEE OF THE J. STEVEN OPP TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 2006; WILLIAM J CLARKE; RITA J CLARKE; JAMES S. OPP A/K/A JAMES STEVEN OPP A/K/A J. STEVEN OPP; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE J. INSTRUMENT 200600301291, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
