Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 10, 2013 , and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on April 28, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
COMMENCE AT A POINT ON THE EAST SIDE OF SOUTH 13TH STREET ON THE NORTH LINE OF COLLEGE PLACE ADDITION TO DADE CITY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN NORTH 150 FEET, EAST 240 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF THE SEABOARD AIR LINE RAILWAY RIGHT OF WAY; THENCE IN A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF SAID RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID COLLEGE PLACE ADDITION; THENCE WEST 220 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING IN THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 60 FEET OF SAID PROPERTY.
