NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a final judgment dated the 29th day of April, 2014, in Case No.: 13-CC-019514 of the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, in which HANDYMAN HOME REPAIR SERVICES OF PINELLAS, INC. is the Plaintiff and KAREEM AHMAD AND ENAS ABDEL RAFAIE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on June 27, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon possible thereafter, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 17, Block 2, Tampa Palms 20B, Unit 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 29, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
