NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-012973, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BNC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff and JUAN SANTIAGO, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY SITUATE IN THE CITY OF TAMPA, COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH, AND STATE OF FLORIDA, TO WIT: UNIT # 65, BUILDING 14 AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/123 FRACTIONAL SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF OAK BRIDGE RUN, A CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED ON AUGUST 20, 1979 IN OR BOOK 3552, PAGES 1426 THROUGH 1519, INCLUSIVE AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLATS THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 41, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
