NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-007950, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ORLANDO RONDON; MARIA RONDON; BANK OF AMERICA, NA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 80 FEET OF THE NORTH 120 FEET OF THE WEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR WHEELER ROAD.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
