The East ½ of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ , LESS the North 33 feet for road, and LESS the South 267 feet of the North 300 feet of the West 150 feet thereof; and the East ½ of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ in Section 20, Township 32 South Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT the East 150.00 feet of the West 300 feet of the South 290.4 feet of the North 323.4 feet of the East ½ of the Northwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 20, Township 32 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida.
