NOTICE is hereby given that, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 12th day of June, 2014, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., will offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, to wit:

pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
