Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 30, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 10-005389-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and JEFFREY W. WAGERS A/K/A JEFF WAGERS, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 25, CONCORDE SQUARE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 78 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of June, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
