NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2014, and entered in 08-009946-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FM2 is the Plaintiff and PRAKASH PRABHU; LEIGH ANNE RENAUD; HARBOR HILLS OF PALM HARBOR HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK, TAMPA BAY N/K/A SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, HARBOR HILLS OF PALM HARBOR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 113, PAGE 62 THROUGH 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
