NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order resetting the Foreclosure Sale dated April 21, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-03471CI of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. EST on the 5th day of June, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 9-102, WATERFORD AT PALM HARBOR LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14071, PAGE 2149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
