ALTERNATIVE LOANTRUST 2006-8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8 is the Plaintiff and SANDRA K ROBSON A/K/A SANDRA ROBSON; HARBOUR TOWNE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/24/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING 316, HARBOUR TOWNE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE(S) 112 THROUGH 125 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4824, PAGE(S) 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
