NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 21, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-009547 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is Plaintiff and LEON P VELOUSIS, LEON P. VELOUSIS A/K/A LEON VELOUSIS, LEON VELOUSIS, STACEY VELOUSIS, VILLA PLUMOSA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of June, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit Number 105, Building No. 1 and the 1/26th undivided percentage of interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Villa Plumosa, a Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 5332, Pages 1293 through 1354, and being further described in Condominium Plat Book 59, Pages 108 through 111, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
