NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-009237-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and MICHAEL KOBULIK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL KOBULIK; KENDRA KOBULIK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OFKENDRA KOBULIK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 19 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, IN BLOCK A, OF PINEBROOK ESTATES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, AT PAGES 33 THROUGH 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
