CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: APARTMENT NO. 107-B, CORDOVA GREENS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 119, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4330, PAGE 1447, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
and commonly known as: 8693 BARDMOOR BLVD 107B, LARGO, FL 33777; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 16, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
