NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and LOWMAN O'NEAL RIGGS A/K/A LOWMAN O. RIGGS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 214, INC.; TOWN SHORES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/27/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4050, PAGE 1639; AND AMENDMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4215, PAGE 15, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5305, PAGE 1777, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6127, PAGE 1179, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
