NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 13, 2014 and entered in Case No. 10-016954-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS L LIPSHAW; LINDA S LIPSHAW; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; WESTLAKE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/27/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 1, WESTLAKE VILLAS PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE(S) 41, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5280, PAGE(S) 708, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
