NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST ROBERT L. BROWN A/K/A ROBERT LOUIS BROWN, DECEASED; ROBBIN BOONE A/K/A ROBBIN B. CUNNINGHAM, A/K/A ROBBIN GAY CUNNINGHAM AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ROBERT L. BROWN A/K/A ROBERT LOUIS BROWN, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOSEPH WILLIAMS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/27/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
