YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following real property located in Pinellas County, Florida, and further described as:
Lot 5, LESS the South 5 feet thereof, and Lot 6, LESS the South 5 feet thereof, BLOCK 70, PINELLAS PARK, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book H-2, Pages 91-92, of the public records of Hillsborough County, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Roy C. Skelton, Esq., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 326 N. Belcher Road, Clearwater, Fl., 33765, on or before 06/20/2014, 2014 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
