NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-ca-010223-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and RENE TOLEDO FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION D/B/A PROGRESS ENERGY FLORIDA, INC. WILLOW CREEK IV OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. HAIDEE I. FERNANDEZ REINALDO O. OLIVERA; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 12th day of June, 2014, at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45 WILLOW CREEK PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 63 AND 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
