NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 9th day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-004893 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and FRANCISCO GONZALEZ; CLERK OF COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INS. CO. AS SUBROGEE OF IRVINE E. COWAN; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ELETICIA RIVERA; IRVINE E. COWAN; MARGARITA CLASS; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A HAYDA GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 11th day of June, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK C, SKY LAKE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
