NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of February, 2009, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-016358-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.co, at 11:00 A.M. on the 10th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91, VALENCIA WOODS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES(S) 93 AND 94, OF TH PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
