BRENNER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER L. BRENNER N/K/A RICARDO AGRATT; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 08/14/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
