SMITH; DONNA SMITH A/K/A DONNA E. SMITH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CIT GROUP, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 06/24/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
