NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 12, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-016663-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC successor in interest to GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Michael Walls; Rose Hill Phase II Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 17th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 87, ROSE HILL PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 34 AND 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THE IMPROVEMENT BEING KNOWN AS: 9019 FLORIBUNDA DRIVE, ORLANDO, FL 32818.
TAX ID # 21-22-28-7667-00-870
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY IN WARRANTY DEED DATED DECEMBER 31, 1990 FROM ERNEST J. YATES AND JUDITH A. YATES, HUSBAND AND WIFE, UNTO MICHAEL WALLS AND KAREN M. WALLS, HUBAND AND WALLS, RECORDED JANUARY 3, 1991 IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE, COUNTY, FLORIDA IN BOOK 4251, PAGE 1018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
