Successor By Merger To Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A., F/K/A Norwest Bank Minnesota, N.A., Solely As Trustee For Structured Asset Mortgage Investments Ii Trust 2007-Ar4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-Ar4,, is the Plaintiff and Beatriz Sigler a/k/a Beatriz M. Sigler, Oscar Sigler, , are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 19 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
