LOTS 136, 137, 138, 139 AND 140 OF SOUTH PUNTA GORDA HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 86A THROUGH 86C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 26523 Deer Run, Punta Gorda, FL 33955, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, on August 13, 2014, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
