NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 15, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-003971 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and YOLETTE LEROY; ANDRE LEROY; JEAN CLAUDE GUERRIER; DJENSY GUERRIER; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 16 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1386, PAGE 1326, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
