Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered, in Case No. 10-1076-CA in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, in which EMIGRANT MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC. is the Plaintiff and JAMES L. KARL, and all other unknown parties claiming by, through or under named defendants, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder, at the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on JUNE 16, 2014 at 11:00 A.M Eastern Time the following-described property real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 35, Block 1, OLD MARCO VILLAGE, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 3, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
