NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Agreed Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2014 entered in Case No. 11-04207-CA in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the plaintiff, and TODD A. SCOVILLE, et al., are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 3rd floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on JUNE 19, 2014, the following described real property situated in Collier County, as set forth in said Agreed Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
